1 – Search the Solutions for a keywork or phrase - it will also search tickets you’ve submitted 


 

 

 

 

 




 2 – Create a New Support Ticket – opens a window to submit a ticket to the proper department 

 

3 – Check Ticket Status – see where the status is on the ticket(s) you’ve submitted  

 

  1. The bottom of the support home page is the Knowledge Base (also known as Solutions)– we will have common categories of questions and answers here, for each department as we determine needs 
    For IT request questions click the “Submitting Tickets to IT” link and it will guide you through a few helpdesk scenarios.
